Imagink joins The Big Print Network

Print business joins Innotech’s ambassador programme after ten years as a customer

Imagink has become the latest member of The Big Print Network (TBPN), Innotech’s ambassador programme for wide and grand-format print businesses. Membership provides Imagink with early access to new Innotech products, exclusive promotions, VIP event invitations and marketing support, in exchange for championing Innotech materials to its customer base.

Head of Procurement at Imagink, Emily Saunders, says, “We love Innotech’s products and we use them all the time. Joining the Big Print Network gives us early insights on new materials and a stronger platform to promote what Innotech offers to our own customers.”

Ten years in and counting

The Innotech relationship at Imagink has remained strong for more than ten years. It began in the traditional way, with an Innotech salesperson visiting with a box of samples and a conversation about materials.

“Innotech’s Graham Bramwell came in with an impressive range of samples. We discussed our needs and the materials we use, and they provided us with amazing products at amazing prices. Innotech have continued to support us, stay competitive and provide us with a fantastic range of quality products. That’s why we still choose them as our supplier,” Emily explains.

Ready to try new things

For Emily, TBPN comes down to product access. “The Big Print Network gives us an early look at what Innotech is bringing to market. It gives us the room to take on jobs the business has not tackled before. These early insights help us promote Innotech products more effectively to our customers,” Emily says.

The commercial angle matters too. Winning new business is important, and using more of the Innotech range is part of Imagink’s plans to get there. “We would like to bring in new business so we can explore further into the Innotech product range and try things we have never done before,” she adds.

What comes next

Ten years in, Emily sees more of the same. She wants the relationship to keep growing, and Imagink’s client base with it. “I see our solid, long-lasting relationship continuing and growing. Being part of the Network means we are being well supported in our strategy to promote Innotech products, which will in turn widen our range of clients,” she says.

Welcoming Imagink to the network, Innotech’s Kieran Dallow, Head of CX and Marketing for Innotech, says, “Ten years is a long time in this trade, and our relationship has worked because we maintain regular in-person contact with the Imagink team and they are always open to trying new products. We are all delighted to have Emily and the team on board.”

Emily concludes, “We have regular face-to-face meetings with Graham and the Innotech team, and they are always bringing in new products. They also help us make our current projects better and more efficient by recommending products we are not currently using.”
