Because of the level of unease around COVID-19, we wanted to reach out to all our stakeholders and share a few of the things we are focused on at Innotech to help your business. Our committment remains steadfast: to be the industry’s trusted partner, creating opportunities for wide & grand format printers and sign makers.
To this end, there are four proactive areas we’re focusing on in line with our culture of relentless positivity:
Health – we remain committed to protecting the health and wellbeing of all of our customers and staff. Whilst we have delayed all face to face meetings for the time being, we have invested in technology that will enable us to stay in touch with our customers and to ensure your account handler is online and ready to assist you! We have also taken internal measures to ensure the regular sanitisation of our property to prevent the spread of any infections, minimising contact between shifts and departments.
Continuity of Supply – Our stock levels of all of our products are healthy, and we are still able to fulfil all orders. Our delivery channels to you, the Customer remain open.
Communication – we will be closely monitoring guidance from the World Health Organisation and Public Health England to ensure Innotech staff and all clients remain informed on the latest recommendations.
Support – we are acutely aware of the impact this virus could have on the economy and our industry. We will continue to provide you with new opportunities that your business can take advantage of using your current facilities through channels such as the Signature Marketing Toolkit.
